The criminal underworld had managed to remain somewhat enigmatic before the rise of the “Red Devil.” A tagless pickpocket when he first met Elijah, the prior mob boss admired his guts for attempting to make him a mark… and took him on as a protégé. While Elijah was adamant their criminal activities should never bring harm to the innocent… the boy came to develop quite the reputation as a hell raiser regardless. His uncanny ability to charm his way out of blame, however, is what truly lent him his namesake.
Despite his methods and reputation, when the time came for Elijah to choose a successor… the choice was clear; NOBODY could strike deals like the Devil. In the end Elijah begrudgingly left him the throne, albeit with but one rule: “Don’t fuck with children.” While Luci wasn’t an inherently evil man, he had made a reputation by always challenging the status quo—with as much plausible deniability as possible of course…

Character Inspirations
“Personally this character is my way of getting to let loose and play on my inherent self centered nature, manipulative tendencies, indifference towards lawfulness, brash arrogance, and overconfidence. Though these traits do exist within myself, in an effort to be a healthy, likable, and morally sound individual, they are kept in check in my day to day life. In this character, however, I can let these traits express themselves fully and without remorse.”
