Chasing Eden

Throughout the Second Cold War propaganda and misinformation were utilized on a scale never thought possible. With the help of state-sponsored AI, historical records across the net were repeatedly altered—each time skewing the narrative in favor of a different political entity.

Today there are still many discrepancies regarding the collapse. Chief among them: the origin of the “Burning Sickness” …and the (alleged) crimes the governments of the world were willing to carry out to eradicate it.

Sadie Quinn, an investigative journalist and amateur archaeologist, has devoted much of her life to sifting through these altered narratives. Relying on what few hard copies survived, she’s convinced the true answers to all our questions may yet be out there… Specifically, among whatever remains of the elusive city of Eden.

Chasing Eden is a collaborative media project and storytelling exercise between actors/artists across the greater Toledo area. Each actor comes up with their own original character concepts for a given Region, and the group as a whole then works to bring them to life—finding them a place within the overarching story.

In the coming months we will be “re-enacting” a number of highlites from the finalized stories. These “Story Snippets” will each feature the actors themselves as “experts” on their respective characters, and will be posted to Youtube for all to enjoy. ^.^
